the app hangs on the initial UP logo.I use a Samsung modelo A54, is this app for some reason incompatible with my device?Sure I can go to the dot com all day,but I really wanted to check the app out after finding out there even was one! I'll still give 2 stars because I love UltraPro...but I need an app I can Actually use once I've installed it!

Great products, but the app has some issues. Submitted an order, then days later I found out that it never got placed. Very unreliable.

taking over a week to simply just ship the items I ordered is ridiculous. Then to add injury to insult making the shipping costs outrageous if your under 50 dollars is a poor idea. Rather just use amazon if this is normal buisness practices.
