3. How do I log in to the app?
To log in, first create your employee extension. Then use your extension’s login credentials to sign in. (Note: your admin login created at signup will not work in the app.)

4. How do I ensure high call quality?
For the best experience, use a strong Wi-Fi connection. If Wi-Fi isn’t available, the app uses your cellular data. Like all VoIP apps, weak Wi-Fi or poor data signal can affect call quality.

5. Is the Unitel Voice app free?
Yes. The app is included free with all Unitel Voice business phone system plans.

6. Do I have to use the Unitel Voice mobile app?
No. Unitel Voice can forward calls to any phone number or device (even landlines and old-school cell phones). We also offer the Unitel Voice Office plan for softphones and IP desk phones.

Ratings and reviews

Glitchy, very slow. They need to fire there software people and build a new app. Constantly drops calls and will not transition from wifi to cell data while on a call. I can guarantee all the positive reviews they have are from the employees that work at unitell.

The app is very easy to use. Call quality is excellent with wifi. I also like how I can access my online account within the app itself without having to login from my desktop computer. On the rare occasions when I've needed assistance, UniTel Voice’s support is very helpful and responsive.

Awesome when it works, however I've had several customers point out that they tried calling and there was no answer. Occasionally I call my number from my personal number and find that indeed the app does not do what it's supposed to do. As a new customer I'll wait it out a bit but if this is going to be ongoing I'll bring my business elsewhere. Update 11/30/22 Texting does not work all of a sudden, help desk is basically non existent. I'll be taking my business elsewhere
