You must have a United Utilities account number (if you are a new customer let us know here https://www.unitedutilities.com/my-account/moving-home/a-new-customer/) *
A WIFI , 3G or Edge connection is required
*you can report a leak without needing your account number
The App will ask your permission before some actions, such as calling us from the App and using your camera for meter reads.

Comprehensive, user friendly app and site on the whole, would like to see some additional features most other sites have incorporated into their websites and phone app to make billing and issues a bit more convenient but professional service and experience on the whole from United Utilities, UK.

Easy to use but really needs a 'save card details' options annoying you have to put your card details in every time you pay
