Horrible experience. App is super buggy and had to restart my phone every time to lock/unlock a door. 😥 Apparently know issue according to the customer support. Bugs do happen but it is pretty frustrating when you are standing outside on the street, not being able to unloc the door and have to contact customer support for help and restart your phone to open a door. Nice customer support though ☺️

definitely the worst app I've ever used for the purpose. Why the hell should I have to receive a "digital key" when I'm already authenticated with an account? Mocking the real world's concepts it's not always the way to go. Overall, confusing UX, sketchy UI, and bad handling of location permissions. Plus, this app doesn't look at all like the iOS counterpart.

The upgraded version feels like a downgrade. Super slow and very bad performances. I have to wait for several seconds to complete any action. Please test the app thorougly before releasing them - I am on a Pixel 6 Pro and it shouldn't work like this. Update: I was instructed to uninstall and re-install instead of just updating the app, and it solved most of the issues
