The new UI is very difficult to use. Particularly for multiple children, instead of seeing all messages in one place, we have to click on the child's name, go to chats and repeat it for the other child. Too many clicks. On top of it, the notifications have stopped and I keep missing messages. Lastly, when downloading files, there is no progress indicator.

I have tried multiple times to login with both U-pin and mobile number but its not logining in yet and Im trying to e E-mail you but no replay is comming from your side. The video from your app to log in with U-pin or Mobile number is not opening up. (Please fix this issue) Edit = now after so much time it logged in but I had so many efforts for they even say no matter if its not logging in or not, whoever not completed work here will get zero marks in uolo and still no reply come of my E-mail.
