The app itself works but the password recovery is broken. You don't get a OTP code to your phone or email even after multiple resend prompts. I couldn't change my password for over 2 years now and I don't have access to it anymore. Poor experience.

Application is unusable it requires that you set a password but it won't accept any. And yes it had uppercase, lowercase, numbers and punctuation and there were more than 10 characters. I'm going to complain to my employer about this nonsense. If these guys don't know how to make a login, how should I trust them with my money?

OTP via SMS does not work. Chat bot instructions for password reset are outdated. You get randomly outed from your account, usually whenever you have to pay for your groceries at the supermarket, so you have to use a different card to pay for everything - this happened at least 5 times within a year. I only use this app because I have to. 10/10 would NOT recommend.
