Ratings and reviews

It's a mixed bag. They need to remake their ordering mechanism because it's confusing and if you don't do it in a very specific way it will mess you up. They also need to give you some sort of idea what your fees may be for a transaction. Right now all that you get is a vague statement. No range nothing. BUT they do have some good features. Can't lie I'm considering banking with them. 4% XRP on my direct deposit? That will add up quick! And they are FDIC insured. Gonna look into this more ...

App stays on white screen and just stops working altogether very weak for a live trading app w/ no live price to be seen on the app. This is where they get you. Sadly the fees are very high per transaction. in the end you get taken. The 1.00 coin price turns into 1.12 A coin. then the market stays at 1.05. Then at sale time they drop the price of 1.05 to 0.96. You get soaked both in the buy and out at the sale. Find a better app to use if you like to keep your profit or more of them ..

Don't download this app. After the cool down period, if you try to without a large amount of money, they will put your account in review for weeks. A lot of people have had this happen, and the customer service is horrible. They have no number you can call to talk to someone, and if you reach them by chat, they only say it is being looked at. No other trading app does this. Im looking into filing a lawsuit to get my money can cancle my account.
