・Chat function
This is a chat function for communicating and communicating various information between customers who have reserved rental cars/car sharing and store personnel.

To avoid keeping customers waiting, we can accurately convey information such as the location of the car and the pick-up location.
You can set whether or not you need to respond to customers and pin the chat room (higher display) to support accurate customer response.
