The new app doesn't recognize my username/ password and there's no option to reset. I followed the instructions, after DIGGING for the info, & changed by pass on my mobile browser. UPCU is a joke when it comes to their mobile app and remote deposit capturer; You'd think with all the bugs they've had in the past, they would make sure that this app was running smoothly before putting it out there. Also, the browser will not allow me to make a mobile deposit only to view my history. ππ»

This app has lots of information on each account but it needs a light mode, it needs warnings at the top like the old app did for upcoming payments or missed payments, it needs to open up faster because it takes forever to open the app. When looking at a checking or savings account, it should not scroll for infinity it should be section by months by default just like the old app was. Or have a defining line and date each time you scroll into the next month.

Doesn't work at all. Just loads the screen with the logo- No sign in options, nothing to click or open. Clicked all over the page and nothing happens. I've deleted and reinstalled the app 3 times with no success.
