I have this on my PC and it's great. Trial version great as well, but as soon as got a subscription cannot even open app, just getting a timed out error or a 404 error. How annoying, I hope they can fix or refund! After speaking to customer service and a couple of days, it is now working great. Doesn't slow down phone like some can. Works in the background, just like the PC version. Thanks for the assistance!

MAM
Crashes every few seconds. Valid licence good for 3 more years, all updates installed. On crash, a report is sent automatically to Vipre. There has been no response, no fix, and the problem persists. Hard to answer the optional review questions - can't even get into the app to see if it's user-friendly etc. So far, not at all friendly.

The customer support numbers are not good number to call for support,.as a matter of fact not one of the customer support numbers in the US. are legit. My emais are directedl, to viper alarm systems, security and support. The other day I stayed on the phone waiting to speak with al live person for one hour, nineteen minutes and fifty eight seconds and I still never reached a live person.
