Terrible. I purchased two Vocolink plugs and one smart strip. The first plug set up was super easy (I took the advice of another reviewer and toggled my airplane mode off and back on). I tried to set up the smart strip and nothing. For hours. I took a break from that and set up the second plug as easily as the first one. Went back to the smart strip and still won't connect to my wi-fi. Figured the strip was broken, exchanged it, and the new one has the same problem. No # for customer service.

I'm torn between 3 and four stars. One of my bulbs has gone rogue and does what it wants. I am having to reset it and set up all over again several times a week. I've tried using it in different lamps and light fixtures hoping that would make a difference. I was pleased with the price, but this is the deal, I got a great deal on a smart light, that is now just an expensive plain old light bulb.

The smart plugs themselves are great. The app, however, leaves a lot to be desired. When it works, it works great. It crashes a lot though. Also, ive sent multiple feedback logs in because it keeps crashing constantly when my app drawer is open and it shouldnt even be running, let alone crashing.
