I like that you have an app and the reward seem pretty cool but I have yet to find a place where I'm able to get any points. The people working the counter don't understand how the app works. Some do not even know there is an app. I even received a text saying to "we havent seen you in a while and come in and get 3x the points" but I was still unable to take advantage. I was offered a gift to install the app I could not use. i tried again today different location also could not use app. colorado

Good design, easy to sign up for rewards program however anyone reading this should know that at least here in Washington State, the Villa Rewards program has not officially launched yet... I was told on Facebook Messenger while chatting with the Villa account that at least in Washington, it will launch sometime next week after the time of this review and it's best to wait a while longer so any problems may be fixed and you'll be able to redeem your free value meal recieved by signing up... 5/5☆

Great app design, I understand it's still being developed, however I think the point should be scaled a little higher. I've been going to the same place for quite some time and have only 640 points and it doesn't seem worth it enough.
