Bad experiences all around... I'm using the app on my Google/Android TV. There's no sound at all when connected to an external sound system, unless you put the TV volume to at least 1 (so TV sound can't be turned off entirely...). This issue is only on VTM Go app... Ridiculous and hard to find out. Half the time, the videos won't load and I just get 'snow'... Controlling the timeline is also horrible. Aspect ratio of older shows should be 4:3 but is often stretched to 16:9... (i.e. Pfaffs)

I've been using this app for years without much issues, but the past couple of months have been really frustrating. It's the same issue a lot of people have been describing here. When trying to watch a show, the VTM logo comes up, then it pauses, keeps trying to load, and then the image disappears, snow appears instead, and I get an error. I've filled in the vtmgo.be/technisch- form form.

Increased my rating from 1 to 3, since stability has improved greatly in the last couple of weeks. Still the regular hiccup, but it's usually only for a couple of seconds. One thing that's annoying is the requirement to sign in, it would be awesome to enable guest access, which would give this rating another extra star. 😉
