Bad experiences all around... I'm using the app on my Google/Android TV. There's no sound at all when connected to an external sound system, unless you put the TV volume to at least 1 (so TV sound can't be turned off entirely...). This issue is only on VTM Go app... Ridiculous and hard to find out. Half the time, the videos won't load and I just get 'snow'... Controlling the timeline is also horrible. Aspect ratio of older shows should be 4:3 but is often stretched to 16:9... (i.e. Pfaffs)

I've been using this app for years without much issues, but the past couple of months have been really frustrating. It's the same issue a lot of people have been describing here. When trying to watch a show, the VTM logo comes up, then it pauses, keeps trying to load, and then the image disappears, snow appears instead, and I get an error. I've filled in the vtmgo.be/technisch- form form.

Wondering if anyone at DPG Media is using this app. Lots of connection issues requiring shows to start from beginning, of course with a new loop of commercials (sometimes 4-5 times in a row). When switching from data to WiFi or vice versa the same issue happens again. Lots of frustration so far which is a shame for this very good iniative.
