The V-ZUG app allows you to connect all of your household appliances from V-ZUG and really get the most out of your products. The app is designed to help you with your everyday activities, from preparing tasty meals to ensuring the best possible laundry care.

Benefit from smart functions:

- Inspiration:

Get inspiration from a variety of tasty recipes adapted to the functions of your appliances. The list of ingredients can simply be transferred to the Bring! shopping app. If your appliances are connected via a network, you can also conveniently send the settings data to the appliance at the push of a button.

- Cooking assistant:

Based on the most frequently used ingredients, the app will suggest the best operating mode, operating time and temperature. If your appliances are connected via a network, you can conveniently send the settings data to the appliance at the push of a button.

- Notifications:

Receive useful information directly on your smartphone or tablet, for example when your laundry is ready or the fillet has reached the perfect core temperature.

- Current programme status

Save yourself the hassle of constantly checking how much longer your gratin will have to stay in the oven or whether your laundry is finished – stay up-to-date on the current programme status of your active appliances at all times.

- Software update:

Always up-to-date! You will be notified as soon as a software update is available for your appliance. The update can be installed directly from the app.

- Settings:

Quick access to all settings of your V-ZUG household appliance.

- Future enhancements:

The app is optimised for use on a smartphone. We constantly add further functions for your inspiration and delight.

Ratings and reviews

I'm disappointed with the functionality and quality of the app. I expect more polish from an app in 2025. The functionality offered is basic, and seems unfinished. Initial setup is painful to the point that I was willing to give up. There's a lot of room for improvement.

Installed app, enabled V-Zug Home on appliances (Combair, Combisteam). Devices showed up in the app, but when I click Connect, a PIN appears on the appliance—regardless of whether I confirm it on the appliance or not—app says Pairing failed. It used to work on another phone. New app version? Not sure. Having to create a V-Zug account just for Home Connect is sub-optimal. Please allow local control without requiring a cloud account. Good, I didn’t buy appliances for their Internet feature.

App is ok and works most of the time. But I have a two things I would like to see in a feature update: - Possibility to only show notifications, if I'm at home (connected to the same network) -> I don't want to see that our device is running, when I'm not at home and someone else is cooking... - Some improvent in the notification. Don't just stack them. Use one and update this one. Further it would be nice to have some quick settings/infos like temperature, time till finish, ...
