About this app

The mobile application, VacciForm is developed at the request of the National Agency for Primary Health Care (ANSSP) of Benin. It is a mobile learning application intended to build the capacity of vaccinators to maintain routine vaccination activities in the context of a pandemic. It allows vaccinators and their supervisors to access micro-learning capsules developed in accordance with the national guidelines established by the ANSSP for the continuity of vaccination services in the context of the pandemic. Thanks to the application, vaccinators can ask for help from their supervisors and peers in a team culture, access micro-learning capsules, the knowledge library, the forum and the social network.

Vaccinators and their supervisors with the authorization of the ANSSP.

How can VacciForm help immunization staff improve their service delivery?
During a pandemic, groupings of training are impossible and routine vaccination activities in the field must be adapted to ensure the safety of health personnel and the community. The pandemic is impacting the organization of vaccination services. Vaccinators must therefore be trained quickly to ensure continuity of services. Thanks to VacciForm, the ANSSP trains vaccinators in the field in order to:
- Encourage close contact between supervisors and vaccinators to quickly and easily provide support if needed.
- Disseminate any necessary information to vaccinators and supervisors.
- Foster a culture of learning by peers via the forum and the social network: sharing of experiences, responses to the challenges of vaccination in the context of a pandemic.
- Facilitate learning by providing easily assimilated and accessible micro-learning capsules,
- Quickly and easily update any shared information as the pandemic evolves
The innovative micro-learning solution empowers vaccinators and their supervisors with the knowledge needed to ensure safe vaccination activities by protecting themselves and the community.
