Hello, The video lectures of the pending classes being uploaded is very helpful, thank you. However in the present times, with a spike in the internet usage the network fluctuates a lot and the video can't be seen seamlessly. Pls try to provide an option to download the video ( maybe on the app itself like youtube, if there is fear of it being spread). It consumes a lot of time while waiting for the video to load, and if we can download the same, once we begin watching it, we can finish it.

The app is good, but the latest update is bot allowing it to open. After logging in, everytime i open it tells to upgrade for it to work. It gets stuck there. Also please introduce push notifications for announcements. Important announcements get missed as we cannot be on the app all the time. So please add this feature. And also stop it from deleting downloaded files every week. It is a hassle. Those files are needed regularly.

Downloaded the app. The app couldn't be opened with him giving one's phone number. That's something which I don't want to share with coaching institutions. These guys use your phone number to send you targeted ads and might sell your phone number to other companies. As an Upsc aspirant I can't stand with this that's why giving it one star.
