Useless app. I have been abroad for 2+ months and downloaded this to put in travel notifications. For some reason you need to update these every two weeks and if you forget to, your card gets locked and you can't unlock it from the app. This happened to me yesterday, and luckily I had service so I could sit on the phone for 45 minutes having to talk to 5 different reps just to unlock. Time to ditch the apps and the bank.

Terrible Experience! I downloaded the app thinking I could actually use it but I was wrong. I wasn't able to change any of the Notifications settings without the app crashing. Then when I tried to report the issue, a message displayed stating I wasn't connected to a data plan which is wrong. I would give it zero stars if I could. Shame on you, Velocity, for putting out this joke of an app!

This app used to be amazing, but then the travel notifications tab disappeared. No one at Velocity can tell me why. This is a huge pain in the butt because I travel a lot and I liked being able to tell the bank where I was so my card wasn't locked. I can't do that anymore. Velocity's website continues to say to set travel notifications in this app, but you CAN'T because the tab is gone. I recently told Velocity I'd be in Germany and they said ok, we've updated your account. Nope. I got stuck.
