Venkat Punjabi is M.Sc. and M.Phil. from University of Pune-
Department of Physics. Mr. Punjabi started his career as a Physics
Teacher in 2013. For the next few years, he gained a wide array of
experience by teaching this complex subject to students of various
levels from Junior college to Masters in various cities of
Maharashtra. In 2018, Prof. Punjabi won a scholarship to Research from
University of Atacama, Chile. He was involved in numerous research
projects in Chile along with virtual teaching. In Chile, he worked on
various interesting research papers like ‘Extra Solar Planets: Tidal
evolution of planets around evolving stars’, ‘Formation and Migration
of Extra Solar Planets’, ‘Detection and Characterization of
Exoplanets’ to name a few.

Mr. Punjabi returned to India in 2020 and set up his own Academy in
Dhule, Maharashtra ~ ‘Takshashila Physics Academy’ – with the motto of
giving quality education to students in his city. Since then, he is
devoted to full time teaching at Takshashila Physics Academy – both
online and offline courses.

At Takshashila Physics Academy, courses are offered for Physics 11th
and 12th Maharashtra State Board and CBSE along with competitive exams
like JEE, NEET, MHT-CET. The Academy offers intensive courses,
revision batches, mock tests and doubt solving sessions at regular
intervals with timely completion of portion ahead of schedule. The
Academy has state of the art facilities which is equipped with
Digitalized Board, RFID Attendance System, Spacious Reading Rooms and
latest digital technology to enable students to connect to his
lectures live from home. It also offers career counselling sessions to
help students decide their future career prospects.

Through Takshashila Physics Academy, Mr. Punjabi aims to empower his
students and remove the fear of Physics by teaching the subject in a
simple and lucid manner. With the noble thought that no child should
be deprived of education due to circumstances beyond their control-
the Academy provides special scholarships to girl child and free
education to the needy. Takshashila Physics Academy also offers a
platform to the students to gain insights on topics beyond regular
curriculum by conducting public talks on Astronomy and various Physics
related concepts.
