Lewisville driver here. It's really annoying to receive texts 3 weeks in a row, alerting you to early access to reserve driving time, only to have no access! After chatting with support, troubleshooting app, re-install.. still no fix. Why send the text if it is not true?! 08/22/25 version 9.33.0 has rendered the app unusable and force closes it! Can't get to work even with the troubleshooting from support team. Please rollback the update

Great company to drive for. Navigation in the app needs a little bit of work, but still a really good experience.

I am trying to get driving for VIA and app is not even working. I have also sent messages no response. Please help i loved driving took a break but wanna go back
