Ratings and reviews

I use this app for work alongside the application on my computer. The app works in that you can make and take phone calls and listen to voice messages. However there are some limitations to the app. For instance you cannot park a caller with the app, only place them on hold. You can only listen to messages in your own voice mail box, so you have to transfer messages from any other VM boxes you have. Lastly, the app freezes and crashes frequently requiring you to restart the app every other call.

DO NOT BUY! The app does not work on any android device I have ever used, nor do I know of anyone it works for. It immediately crashes upon opening. I was told it only works on devices made before 2013. The company doesn't care about any issues you may have. Call quality for our remote workers is so bad they can't use the desk phone and have to forward all calls to their personal phones. Horrible app, horrible company. Stay away.

The app won't open after downloading. I have completed a factory reset and had this app be the first to download and still wouldn't work. This has caused several issues regarding my work experience during a pandemic. Attempted to contact the developer and got a bounceback that it wasn't valid. I can't work without this app!
