Ratings and reviews

Not great. Outdated, clunky interface. Here and on a PC. Lacking basic functionality: something as simple as attaching a pic or file to an email. DOESN'T EXIST. While doing that on a PC is no treat, it is impossible in the phone app. But don't worry, instead of fixing the problem you can PAY for a THIRD PARTY app to be able to send an email to a client from your phone. If dealers weren't so tied to to an investment in Cox...

A few nice additions from previous version, but also missing a lot. Cannot see vehicle cost in this version. Cannot add photos within the app. Cannot add vehicle color to trade-in. Cannot scan insurance card. Clunky to use. App will not close by hitting the Back button. Appears to be written by contracted interns, not on-staff professional programmers. Your clients deserve better.

There are lots of errors lately. Unable to push trades to Vauto. Many vehicle error messages pop up on customer's profiles that are difficult to clear. There is no way to switch leads between sales associates on the app (manager settings?). Can't combine customer files without losing data, such as driver's license pictures.
