Ratings and reviews

It device does not work well or at all and the program is off. It's a long list of issues which this will breal down and customer support won't or can not help. I have 2 versions of this device a d they break down so easily one was broken oit of the box. The other glitches a lot and the program asks for location and bluetooth despite I have the one with no bluetooth. Thia device can not be even allowed in the states which says something as well.

App won't start anymore and just keeps crashing even after reinstall on note 8 with all the latest updates. It's a shame because I was curious to test myself and hardware without working software does not mean much :/ I'm using the wired version although the app keeps crashing regardless of it being connected/disconnected. I downloaded the app on my old phone and it works so I'm grateful for that. Thank you

The app is quite nice. The overall system is quite bad. Readings are very random. I contacted the support and they told me to follow some steps. I did it but still readings are random. I asked for a refund after a week of use, the support told me I wasn't eligible because I have bought the product 1 month ago. So now I am stuck with a really expensive toy that it's kinda useless. I think companies should refund their customers within a reasonable amount of time. Vitastiq gives you like 14 days.
