이 어플을 사용하지 않을거 같아서 삭제하기를 누르니 구독취소를 하겠냐는 문구가 떠서 당연히 사용하지 않을 것이니 취소하기를 하였습니다. 그런데 오히려 4만7천원짜리 프로?가 결제되었더군요?? 이부분에서 오류나 오해가 있었다고 칩시다. 분명 저는 사용하지 않을것이기에 삭제하였습니다. 단순히 결제해놓고 변심으로 취소를 하는게 아닙니다. 그런데 왜 구글은 환불을 안해주는거죠??? 작은돈이 아니기에 너무 화가나네요. Vivacut 측에서라도 환불처리해주시기를 바랍니다. + 아니 무료 평가판이 끝나기 전이였다고요.

편집하기 에서 사진 불러오기가 수없이 실패하고 안되어서 내키지 않았지만 7만원 원클릭 결제까지 또 했으나 사진을 불러놓으면 사라져버리는등 처음 시도하기전 화면으로 다시 돌아가버리고 정말 정말 안되는데 어떻게좀 조치를 취해줘야 하는거 아닌가요 불만을 담은 리뷰때문에 당신들의 보복인가 싶어서 리뷰를 지우고 별 한개 더 달아서 이렇게 리뷰 올리오니 속히 기능회복 도와주기 바랍니다! 여기서 더 나아가면 구글측에 강력한 항의 서한과 함께 배상조치 요구할 것임을 전달합니다! 짧은 기간도 아니고 7년 이상을 사용한 장기 고객인데 이런 푸대접을 받아야 하는건지 답변좀 듣고싶고요! 개인정보 처리방침등 모든 법조항과 설명서를 한국어로 볼 수 있도록 해주실 것도 부탁드립니다! 처음처럼 잘 할수 있도록 조치 바랍니다! 이거 결제를 7만원 했는데도 전혀 사용할 수도 없고 무슨 피드백도 영문으로만 기재해야 하고 원격 도움을 줄 수 있을법도 한데 왜 이대로 방치하며 고객에게 조금도 도움을 주지 않는겁니까?
