Recall a prepared order
As soon as the order reaches the ready state, clients are informed about the transition both graphically and with the selected sound notification. Calling up the order is automatically repeated if the client does not accept the order!


Easy order management
Orders can be easily managed using the web interface. You can do so on any Windows, Android, iOS or macOS device! You can only have orders in the Preparing status at one site, and only Ready at the other, or you can manage everything from one place. Orders can be entered into the system manually or using the cash register application KASAmax.


Customizing the display of orders
Through the administration, you can adjust the way orders are displayed to your clients, in real time! Set the colors, font size, number of columns and rows, text in the footer, or sound notification for the prepared order.


Integration with KASAmax
The Queue call system is integrated with the KASAmax cash register. Orders are generated automatically. You just control their progress!
