About this app

The WBiFMS Mobile App has been designed to provide a user-friendly experience to the various users and stakeholders of the web portal of WBiFMS (https://www.wbifms.gov.in). Finance Department, Government of West Bengal has developed it to facilitate various Administrative Departments to plan, implement & monitor its various development projects and welfare schemes in an efficient manner and provide smart and better governance. Efficient administrative & financial functioning of the various organs of the government is another objective of this initiative.

The WBiFMS Mobile App provides a single platform to the users of Departments, Directorates, Regional / Block Offices, Treasuries and Employees & Pensioners and Public to access, view, avail services, see status and view & download reports and other information easily and instantly. It is time & cost efficient, provides better service delivery to its stakeholders including citizens.

Key services for IFMS Users:
➢ To view the Budget allocation, Budget distribution & Expenditures at the level of Department, Sub- Allotting Officers Level and Drawing and Disbursing Officers (DDO)
➢ To view Head of Accounts wise total collection of the revenues of the State Government
➢ To view specific Scheme wise payment details ( Ex-Kanyashree, Rupashree, Khadyasathi etc)

➢ To view the latest five Allotments pending for sub-allotment

Ratings and reviews

I keep getting logged out multiple times during payment, which is extremely frustrating. Overall, the app is very cluttered..there are too many options and terms that the average user would neither understand nor find relevant. On top of that, the payment process is unnecessarily time-consuming.

There is a bug in this software. I am using POCO X2 device (Android 10). Whenever I want to download my Pay Slip or anything, there is a system generated message popped up, "Unable to create directory". And for this i am not able to download anything from this app. Kindly assist me to solve this problem as early as possible.

The dev team should consider firing their editors and designers, cz they suck at what they do! They kept the background color same as the font color! Must've been real nice weed 🤣. And the payment issues are off the charts. I have had a problem regarding payment for voter card. Money was debited but they show the chalan status as failed. They shouldn't have played with things they can't handle. Dev team, if u are seeing this, do something. If I cd, I wd hv given negative stars!
