I forgot my password. try to log in again. App KEEP STOP. and it says NO ID FOUND. I called 844 number, went to website, called local wic office couldn't get help from nowhere. I deleted and re download for like 5 timez already. Where can I contact to this? I cannot use app at all and its frustrated.

11.14.22 Still not working and it's been over 3 weeks. I forgot my pw and keep stopped and even show 'User cannot found'. Please do something for this system😰 ======== I cannot register mine to use this app even I registered ID on the website. Everything approved but this app doesn't go to thebnext page once I click thebdate of birth. It still turned off without any other message!
