Great for journeys in the local area: more flexibility and much less wait than a typical bus (often getting my ride in 5 minutes), cheaper than a taxi or Uber. Drivers are kind and helpful, vehicles are clean spacious, and there is the option for wheelchair/stroller transport if you need it. As much as I like being the only passenger often, I hope that more people will use it for environmental reasons!

The booking system with Birmingham this week is shocking, something is going seriously wrong and needs to be sorted, trying to book for my son for next week, and nothing going or return all day, he's flexible on times, and normally offered alternative time, this is not been a fault on coventrys part, they do there best to support Ian. And probably just as fustraighted as the passengers, please sort it out birmingham

The very first time I used the app I was pleasantly surprised how easy it was. The service and the driver was second to none .
