Sports has become more than a game to parents. The business culture of sports, where winning and performance overshadows personal development and character, has become the norm.

How do we integrate positive parenting, coach involvement, and character development into sports?

WP3 Sports is an athletic seasonal team program that equips parents, coaches, and students to produce holistic personal character and life skill development. The WP3 Sports program achieves this in 3 ways:

* “The Warrior Parent Playbook,” by Javelin Guidry. The book is divided into two main sections:
* Sports and Total Personal Development: where cover topics such as Person over Athlete, A Championship Life, what it means to Live in Greatness, and much more.
* Life Skills Development.



* The WP3 Sports Program, which consists of two main components:
* Crafting Arrows: a 14-week team-based Life Skills development program available via mobile and web. This concludes with a completion certification and badge.
* Launching Arrows: a 10-week, individual based development program available via mobile and web. This concludes with a completion certification and badge.
* The “WP3 Live in Greatness” mobile application is a gamified behavior management and engagement system that promotes total personal development out of three key areas:


Trainings: Participate in Crafting Arrows and Launching Arrows trainings, which are comprehensive, multiple week programs that equip, empower, and inspire people to evolve in holistic character and life skill development.

Channels: Exclusive multimedia content to drive self improvement in key areas such as confidence, leadership, grit, self discipline, healthy active lifestyles, and more.

Actions: These are constructive daily habits that users track to reinforce their path towards total personal development, a positive mindset, and even growth within the community. Perform more actions to build your streaks and earn rewards!
