This app is so unprofessionally bad it caused me to close my accounts. It is poorly built and a terrible user experience. It is hyper clear WaFd is not investing in the needs of its modern business customers who need anywhere access to manage their banking.

To start, they ask for your "PIN," what they mean is your "password." No easy online bill pay, how can that be?!? I can't even view my statements. It seems like this app is antiquated. Very old tech, come on!
