I have been an existing customer for a while and wanted to open a couple of more accounts with Wahed. It was extremely difficult and painful experience. For each account, they want you to upload like 6 documents. When I uploaded the required documents, their backend team couldn't read and confirm one of the documents even though their rep confirmed to me that he could clearly see it. I have a Fidelity account from my work and I was able to open another account in a couple of minutes.

User since 2021. Used to be seamless, now there seems to be a glitch during biometric login, that doesnt log you in. You had to go back to home page, press log in, and resubmit your password/biometric. Also, the questionnaire seems to be now working? keep loading 'collecting your options' with no result. Just want them to be fixed to get them back to 5 stars

Facing the same issue like others. I can't log into my account because the app does not have any option to log in, only to register a new account. I've been sending emails to the support team for a week now. The reply is slow and the issue hasn't been resolved yet.
