Customers can also check their profile, latest news and updates, important documents including financial documents, all messages received or tickets submitted for support.

Application allows customers the following:
Finance management
*Check balance, invoices, all transactions and payments
* Pay for the services online using a Mpesa.
Services
* Change services and tariff plans

Statistics
* Check the live traffic & historical usage.

Support
* Create/close or check the status of a support ticket and further communicate with support representative in the app interface.
