Shockingly bad app, I have been trying to live chat for days but it just says there is no one available. I tried to email and it just says sorry something went wrong please try again. I managed to send an email just on the website without logging in but that was days ago and I've had no reply. I can't actually use my card, it declines my transactions, I got the one time code once but every time after it just declines. There is no way for me to fix this without actually contacting them!

Perfect with borrowing, apart from the app now no longer allowing me to access the account. I have had a chance to borrow using the temporary card and now my card arrived and registered in the app. I wanted to check the balance today and a box keeps popping up saying "Sorry, something went wrong, please try again". No website to log into instead, I am lost to accessing my account.

Disgraceful. You guys really need to sort it out!! It's not acceptable that when one is trying to set up a direct debit it't impossible and can't get through to customer servive and gets no reply to emails for weeks. How on earth one is supposed to set up a direct debit to repay? Very bad! I'd give 0 stars if I could. Appalling service!!
