Web phone book client software (hereinafter, this application) is client software that allows you to easily and securely search contacts from the LEGEND-V CP basic control program (hereinafter, LEGEND-V CP) or Fujitsu Telephony Solutions Software PBX Web Phone Book Basic Program/Appliance Web Phone Book Basic Program M (hereinafter, Web Phone Book).
You can search the company's phone book and call up functions such as phone and e-mail from the referenced address information, and you can contact by selecting the appropriate communication method according to the situation.
In addition, you can refer to your recent search history and save the address information of the search results as favorites, so you can quickly call up contacts with whom you communicate frequently.
In addition, search history and favorite information are stored on the server and no information remains on the terminal, so you can use the phone book information securely.

■Features
1. Phone Book Search
You can search the common phone book of LEGEND-V CP or Web Phone Book by keyword.
In addition, the search results are saved as history on the server, and past search results can be viewed retroactively (up to 100 results can be saved).
If the presence function is enabled in the LEGEND-V CP or Web phone book, the presence status can be displayed for the address information in the details of the searched address information.
2. Favorites management
The address information found in the phone book search can be saved as a favorite.
The saved address information is listed and can be sorted or deleted.
3. Call history display
Displays a list of call history information managed on the server.
4. My phone book management
Displays a list of My phone book information managed on the server.
You can also register, edit, and delete the contents.
5. Communication app integration
Clicking on the phone number or e-mail address of the referenced address information will call up an application with phone or e-mail functions installed on your device.
6. Server management of data Search history, favorites, call history, and My Phonebook information are stored on the server and no information is left on the device, allowing you to use your phonebook information securely.
