From 4 stars to 1 Star. Buggy website. Sometimes you need to use the website for things that doesn't work on app. And to use the website u need to press reload for like 100 times in one minute to make something work. To resolve issues you need to wait at least 3 months. They keep closing tickets and open new ones. +2 worst years with them. And now 3 months of waiting for my account to get closed they have technical issues as usual. And no one have an answer.

Not bad as a starting app but can be improved in many ways. First the account disconnect every time i close the app, if this is for security reasons try to implement some fast PIN login or fingerprint reader solution, i personally don't want to keep putting my e-mail and password every time when i'm in a hurry or in public places. Second the notification system didn't work, i haven't received any notification for receiving money on my account, i need to relogin to check it manually and see if the balance has changed, adding e-mail notification could be very helpful too.

Better than other banks in Tunisia, the money transfers take about 4 hours to be done (except weekends), still not instantly, but i think faster than any other bank. Daily notifications works only by Emails, needs to add push notifications, The credit simulator does not work and needs to get fixed. Money transfer needs to be faster and instant at least inter webank accounts. More options could be added such as filters, charts, auto transfers ... we need more updates :)
