Prior to the last update, I would have given ☆☆☆☆☆! But not since then. Now when a message pops up, it remains on my screen for various amounts of time. An example is a large white box that says, "last login was whatever the date was." It stays there even after signing out and closing the app. Super annoying to say the least! It says that the latest version is not optimized & may cause a delay or not even respond to certain things. Sorry I can't remember the exact words, but that's close😠

It would be cool if I got automatic confirmation e-mails when I make a mobile deposit saying they received the request and when it will be processed. Other than checking my balance (bank branches are inconvenient), the app is utterly useless. Why have a chat feature if nobody's ever available? The people at the banks don't know how to make use of the information gained by the app, and have a policy of refusing to accept checks unless you write superfluous info on the back of the check.

The biometric login option is great. since WFCU launched e-banking a couple decades ago I have never had an issue - the same with the Mobile App
