Ratings and reviews

Worthless. If it loses connection with the tracker, it doesn't reconnect automatically. I have it for almost two years, and stuck with it because I bought 3 years (expensive!) subscription. I'm on vacation now, the app lost connection with the tracker in the woods half an hour ago and it keeps on showing the location even after we got back in the WiFi zone. I have to reconnect it AGAIN manually. What if I lost my dog in the woods?!

The new dynamic orientation option on the maps turns this from an OK app into something superbly useful. I see some reviews saying that the app is only accuate to 20m. Unfortunately, that's a feature of GPS accuracy in the UK of 10 metres. If the phone is out by 10m and the tracker by 10, they could be out by 20m. I would imagine that those would apply to a tracker of any brand. The accuracy is fine for finding our dog when he wanders off into the bushes.

It is pretty annoying that you pay the subscription, and half of the app is behind yet an other subscription. I wouldn't recommend to use this, because of this disgusting aggressive upselling. Also it doesn't support SI units, or the way to switch to them is in a really stupid place.
