West Tech Shipping has come a long way. Been with them since 2017 and it's amazing seeing how they have grown. The app is 5 stars. none can compete.

terrible app. I'm currently waiting for info on items shipped and can't log on. when it's on, message shows "refresh" which does not happen. then I cannot see any pkgs available or any history of transactions. this is frustrating. smh please fix

I have lost count on the number of times I have installed and reinstalled this app. It crashes so often, it's frustrating. Don't know what happen cause it was working well. Changed phones and no improvement.
