Wheels Up does not operate aircraft; U.S. FAA-licensed and DOT-registered air carriers participating in the program, including certain carriers affiliated with Wheels Up through common ownership, exercise full operational control of all flights offered by or arranged through Wheels Up. For on-demand flights and shuttle flights operated as scheduled service, Wheels Up acts solely as an agent for Wheels Up members and guests in arranging these flights on their behalf. For shuttle flights operated as Public Charter service, Wheels Up acts as principal in offering these flights subject to the DOT’s Public Charter rules contained in 14 CFR Part 380. All aircraft owned or leased by Wheels Up are leased to an affiliated air carrier and are operated exclusively by that carrier.

Ratings and reviews

This really is a joke. They advertise as an affordable option to travel. If you have a spare $50K to waste for an inter-country flight, then this app is for you. For people who are considering a private flight, this is way too expensive for the distance of the flight. I realize prices fluctuate, but this is ridiculous. You can fly 1st class commercially way cheaper than this scam.

Useless app. As meny other mentioned, impossible to find a flight. Tried multiple combinations and no flights always. How about showing available flights or possibilities of flight. You have to know the specific airport to and from and time. The app needs to consider close airports or just ask for general locations such as city and preferred timed and then see maybe a possible slot. It is not worth to even try. Reading the first reviews, they are definitely fake 5 stars with nothing to say.

Like many others, I installed it and tried to create an account but all 5 screens were the same with no way to put info in. The when I forced it to exit and went back it said welcome back and just had the sign in option. But no account was created so a quick uninstall it was. Why spend big advertising money to get me to get the app if you're not going to test it. Then argue with people when they tell you it sucks?
