App crashes at login every time after the newest update. I've been trying to login for 2 days (even before the update) and no luck. So disappointed. It was fine before this force to the "fancy" new Digital + . As for using the website instead, sure I can but I can't tell you how many times I've had to reset my password/username because it just stops recognizing them.

I went into the app after they updated it and I try to set my notifications up as far alerts to my phone and it keeps kicking me out! Never did that before. I keep trying to set it up to where it'll let me know when my checking acc is below a certain amount and it constantly crashes on me! That and I never got a text letting me know money was deposited in my account 2 days ago 😒 after I check my account this morning.

Worked great until March 2025. App keeps crashing at start up after the recent update. Have tried uninstalling and reinstalling the app multiple times and have tried rebooting the phone multiple times. Reached out to wildfire tech support by email and unable to figure out a solution. Please help fix it soon! update: Wildfire IT contacted and all the possible fixes have been tried. My phone is from 2021 and may be a possible reason. stars changed for their attempt to help is greatly appreciated.
