I was disappointed in the previous app decisions to remove certain features, but it was secure and worked well for common banking needs. The new app doesn't work well, I literally have to tap each icon multiple times before it'll accept that input. Update: Thanks for the changes, it now responds to my inputs and I can once again use mobile banking with cursing 😄

We're sorry to hear about the trouble you're experiencing. We've gone our best to test the app on a variety of devices and screen sizes. We've also added several customization features (such as choosing what's on your dashboard) to give members the ability to prioritize what's important to them. Thank you! Memo and note functionality is horrible. When I transfer money to my wife I write down the memo for it but after that it's nowhere to be found. Note is only 20 characters which is really short and extremely limited in terms of what you can write there. Also in the notes the app tends to remove space between words and you can't use capital letters. So frustrating...

Thank you for this feedback! Memos can be seen in the Transfer History tool of digital banking. You should be able to add memos up to 80 characters long, with mixed lettering allowed.

New version needs work! Tried re-setting up my alerts and found the process so unfriendly I gave up. Will see if I can do it on the desktop. I want to see checking acct for alerts - it's not presented first - I have to go through and add accounts to see it, and can't pick which one. Of course it's not the first, second or third one. Grr. Who designed this UX process?? It's a nightmare!

Hi Julie, thanks for letting us know. The biometric login should be available in the Android App so unsure why it would suddenly stop working for you.
