Fun game and the customer service is out of this world. There was an error while processing a purchase I made in this game. They sent a lovely email asking for more information, then another lovely email saying how I could resolve it from my end. They were incredibly patient with me when I made a silly mistake, and kept me updated at all times. They resolved the issue very quickly and even gifted me an additional 100 diamonds to apologise for the inconvenience, which was a lovely touch.

It's a good game and I don't mind ads given that it's free. BUT quite a lot of the ads have loud annoying nonsense audio, some that can't be turned off. I play while I listen to a podcast of audiobook. These noisy ads drive me crazy. If all the ads in the game had optional audio or even better no audio I would give more stars. Developer stated in reply that there's always a mute button. That's not true. There is freequently no mute button at all

The game itself is interesting but the ads come suddenly during the play time and causes you to throw the number in the wrong place because there's nothing you can do about it, the ads closing button is too small that makes you open the store 100 times before you manage to close it and they come frequently which kills the fun and concentration.
