It's hard to come across a trading app that is so poorly designed. The statements one downloads don't even include the date of transaction, your Capital gains in both open & closed positions, short term gains, Long term gains. Such reports come in handly for tax harvesting and other income tax related issues. Setting up and saving price alerts on stocks doesn't seem to work either. Even the statements one downloads are not printable due to security policy. Good luck sharing them with your CA.

poorly developed trading platform nifty and bank nifty option chain not opening for many days and it was starting from farthest point,used to take lot of time to reach in the money calls,they don't respond to any mail. no one to one contact for any trading query or problems worst experience

One of the best app for losing money. If you have lots of extra money this app is very useful in losing it. It will not work when you need it most. I think it is developed by hiding the identity like karna, that is why it doesn't work when you need it most. Already written to customer care. In morning it doesn't work. And very slow through out the day. Portfolio doesn't show all the holdings. No stop loss can be applied. It's one the basic featured which we used to have a decade ago.
