YIT Plus is your home information bank and a service channel that makes everyday life easier. As a home buyer, you receive login details for YIT Plus when you sign the purchase agreement of a new YIT Home. The service is available for you from the beginning of construction phase of your new home. In YIT Plus, you can find all important documents, from meeting minutes to user manuals, and you can smoothly take care of housing matters when it suits you best - the service is open around the clock.
From YIT Plus, you can follow the progress of the construction work, choose the interior materials for your new home, communicate with the neighborhood and the property manager, fill out the annual inspection report and order help with housework - and much more! In several housing companies, for example, reserving common spaces and monitoring your own home's water consumption can also be done in YIT Plus.
