A Building Test is a limited, non-conclusive examination of the condition of a property in connection with the sale of the property. Home inspections are usually performed by a home inspector who has the training and certifications to perform such inspections. The auditor prepares a written report of the findings and delivers it to the client. The customer then uses the acquired information to make informed decisions regarding pending real estate purchases.
