Very bad experience. Not able to redeem my funds. It always fail. Also the support team is worst, they don't respond on whatsapp. Just waste of money and time. Use other popular apps.

I had dropped 2 emails to their support team but didn't get any response. I would like to cancel my SIP immediately but nobody is giving any responsibility either on whatsapp or through email. I have also tried to reach out to the call advisor number in the app but no one picked up my call. Please stop my ongoing SIP or else I would have to escalate this to the higher authorities.

You provide zf expert Ruchi Srivastava, she don't communicate. She pick call and disconnected. Worst app and customer support system.
