This app has several technical issues: 1. The login text bar gets hidden by the keyboard as soon as you try to edit it. 2. It doesn’t allow you to view delivery details before entering card information. 3. The “Save Address” button doesn’t work. I get these issues just by hovering for 10 minuets. 4. Additional payment options like JazzCash, Easypaisa, and Cash on Delivery should also be available.

Pathetic and slow service. My order takes 1 and half hour to deliver , delivery time was 40 minutes. Customer support tells same lame excuse "There is technical error that's why order is late" . And number they provide of rider boy was unreachable, no option to chat with rider through app. No option to chat with customer support we have to call and wait for minutes for customer support to pick the call. My first experience was pathetic and worst of all time.

I was with Foodpanda since 2019. Their service is screwed, been over their asses for 40+days. They don't respect their customers at all, regular scripted verbiages from their reps everytime you try to reach out to them. I'm over them, so I just switched to your service. It looks cool, just a little bit work needs to be done on the UI end of the application. Customer service & fulfillment is really good! ⭐
