Horrible, doesn't even add the subtitles. They take credit from your account, but you don't get subtitles. If you're lucky and subtitles get added, they're useless. You have to go in and edit the words. I've tried it with multiple videos, English subtitles only, and translating subtitles, neither work. 3 different videos,no subtitles even came up, but they deducted the min credits I had. I even tried redoing the subtitles a second time, same, nothing comes up. Useless app, don't waste your money

The Auto/AI captioning is BS! It's not able to do the job, yet, it's already asking for the subscription price right from the start! 😡 Good thing I didn't indulge coz when I tested it, it was a disaster! Forget all the unnecessary stylings; when the accuracy itself is 💩. Would've been a terrible waste of resources. And it sure did waste the hell of my time! 😤👎

Please don't give me a generic reply of talking to you in private. Fix this app. Why in the world is the subtitles huge in the middle of the finished product? Only a silly app would establish it this way, nobody wants the words to obstruct from the view of the film. Really, what rocket-scientist thought that was okay 🧐🧐🧐 And secondly, why is it too complicated to simply click a button to add an srt file directly from the mobile device? Now, I have to jump through hoops to figure it out.
