When I tried to add the Amazon Flex option, it wasn't available. When I discussed the issue with the agent, they transferred it to another colleague, who then claimed they were too busy to handle it all day. The funny thing is, they abandoned the customer's issue at the end of the day, and then ignored it the next day, with absolutely no intention of following up. I tried to cancel my policy and repurchase it, but the app won't let me...

AVOID!!! Wretched. Fill in quote form on website, then told I must download app. I do. You must register. I JUST WANT A QUOTE. Fine, I register. Then there's no form, just an chatbot. I try to use it, but the keyboard covers the typing area, so I entered my DOB and it filled it in wrong. I'm a UX designer - this is inexcusably bad. It gets worse. You must call them to delete your account. I do, it's another bot. Says to use the chat in the app. Chat is 'transferring' me to a human. No response.

won't tell me why they won't insure me for pay as you go insurance. have used zego many times as an Uber eats delivery driver and I've been on the sick so cancelled my policy to get a refund on the money I hadnt used because I haven't had any income and needed groceries. came to re insure and they're not insuring me. but won't tell me why. just that "I'm sorry we cannot insure you at this time"
