Despite repeated attempts, I have not received my payout on time, I have been waiting for over a month, and the delay is causing significant stress. Each time I contact the support team, they simply tell me that my account details are incorrect and advise me to update them, promising that I will receive my payment by Friday. This recurring cycle is both frustrating and emotionally draining. i think blinkit is better. At least they give payouts at time

I been working for 10 months now. distance was proper 90% of the time.. from the last 2 months the route finishes 100-150 m b4 .. even in verified location. and now they have stopped showing the distance travelled in app... conveniently coincidental. u r stealing 2-5 rs every order. no transperency. Google never changed the map never changed.. how can the distance travel on the same location change. Zepto needs to address this asap

There are different rate cards and surge incentives for new and old riders, app calvulates less distance than actually travelled, some time calculation is via wrong side, in the name of emergency they only provide police, ambulance and store contact number, no support from zepto in case of emergency, if a persons location Stop at same place for more than 10 minutes then they will simply check out the person instead they can call to check if the rider is ok ,or rider has met accident before Cout
